Yes, there are minimum order quantities for Special Order items—the minimum order quantity for each Special Order item identified on the site.

No, there are no Minimum Order Values. However, some stocked items have minimum order quantities and all special order items have minimum order quanties.

Yes, we have a large ready-to-ship inventory for same-day shipment if the order is placed by 3:00 PM EST.

Returns should be:

1) Made within 30 days.

2) Returns after 30 days will be subject to a 15% refinishing and inspection charge.

3) Returns after 90 days will only be credited at scrap value as they will not be restocked.

4) Products must be in their original envelope and in their original condition.

5) Special order items are not returnable.

6) For your protection, all returns must be packaged securely and sent by insured freight.

7) All returns require an RA number issued by customer service.
